Reports of two Pakistan Air Force aircraft colliding near Kamra are fake
India-based social media propaganda accounts shared the news that two aircrafts – a Chinese JC 10 and a F16 – of the Pakistan Air Force collided in an accident near the Kamra airbase.
This was posted along with the screenshot of a news article from Al Jazeera media outlet. The news is fake, fabricated, and completely bogus, while the screenshot image has been doctored.

An X user, known for sharing content against Pakistan, posted, “Chaos in Pak Airspace. Two Pakistan Air Force jets reportedly collided mid-air, exposing once again how “precision” and “professionalism” are just marketing slogans across the border… If this happened anywhere else, it’d be called an accident. In Pakistan, it’s a pattern.”
Another user posted, “Two Pakistan airforce jets have been shot down by Taliban. One F-16 and J-10 have been smoked”, while a third posted a picture of a forest fire to back the claim.

Fact Check Pakistan determined the news is fake and completely fabricated. There are no sources provided and the incident has not been reported by any section of the media.
It has also been determined the screenshot of Al Jazeera’s news article is doctored. The news has not been published by the renowned media outlet and is not available on its website.
The picture of smoke plumes is an unrelated forest fire and does not show a plane crash. These accounts have been reusing old pictures to spread disinformation.
Thus, it has been concluded that reports that two aircraft of the Pakistan Air Force collided mid-air are FALSE.
